Nick Tanno recently joined AFDS as Director of Business Development. Nick's responsibilities include promoting the expertise of the firm, bringing in new projects, developing new clients for existing and planned projects.
In addition he will be involved in networking and public relations in the fire rated assemblies industry.
Prior to joining AFDS, Tanno started a small Real Estate investment company (Ringleader Realty, Inc) in Houston, TX. The company specialized in rehabbing low income housing markets. He also worked in the casino industry as an executive casino host for many years before moving to Texas. A native Las Vegan, Nick holds a bachelor degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Management, and a minor in Human Resources and Personnel from Washington State University. Tanno has joined the Southern Nevada Chapter of Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM) as a licensed affiliate and is also a principal member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
